This page explains what we do with the information you give us on this website. Bella Soul Clinic is at A-290 Bhishma Pitamah Marg, Defence Colony, New Delhi 110024.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we ask for three things:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• The concern you would like to discuss

On our hair transplant stage check, you can also choose to upload a photo of your scalp. That is optional, and only happens if you tick the consent box beside it. We do not ask for medical history or payment details through our enquiry forms, and anything clinical is discussed at the clinic.

Like most websites, we also receive standard technical information such as your browser type and the page you arrived from. We use Google Ads and Google Analytics, which set cookies to tell us whether an advertisement led to an enquiry. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used - scrolling, clicks and mouse movement - so we can see where the website is confusing and fix it. It records how the page is used, not who you are.

Why we collect it

So that we can call you back about your enquiry and book a consultation. That is the only reason.

Scalp photos

If you upload a photo of your scalp, we use it for two things: an automated tool estimates your stage of hair loss from it, and clinic staff look at it before calling you. The estimate is indicative only; a doctor confirms your stage in person.

The estimate is made by Claude, an AI model provided by Anthropic, which processes the photo on our behalf. The photo is then emailed to the clinic and to the marketing agency that manages our website enquiries, and kept with your enquiry. We do not publish it or use it for anything else, and if you ask us to delete it, we will.

Who sees it

Our clinic staff, the marketing agency that manages our website enquiries, and the software we use to keep track of enquiries so none are missed. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can find your history if you come back to us. Ask us to delete them and we will.

Keeping it safe

Enquiry details are held in access-controlled software. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable care and we limit who can see your information to the people who need it to help you.
