Refund Policy

This covers anything you pay for on this website. Bella Soul Clinic is at A-290 Bhishma Pitamah Marg, Defence Colony, New Delhi 110049.

The ₹49 call back request

Fully refundable. If we get on the call and find we cannot help you — because your hair loss is at a stage a transplant does not address, because the cause is something we do not treat, or because you are simply not a candidate — we tell you on the call and refund the ₹49 in full. You do not have to ask, argue or prove anything.

It is also refunded in full if we never manage to call you back.

The scalp analysis and the hair profile blood test

These are not refundable once delivered. Both are real services with a real cost, performed at the clinic by clinical staff, and you receive tangible value from each regardless of whether you go on to have any procedure:

• The ₹249 scalp analysis includes examination of your scalp under magnification and a paid consultation with the doctor, in which you get a diagnosis and a haircare plan you can act on at home.
• The ₹899 complete hair profile blood test includes the laboratory work and your results report.

Once the analysis has been performed, or the blood sample drawn and processed, the service has been delivered and the cost incurred.

Cancelling before delivery

If you have paid for the scalp analysis or the blood test but have not yet come in for either, you can cancel and get a full refund of whatever is undelivered. Tell us on the call, or write to us, before your appointment.

How refunds are processed

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once approved, the amount usually reaches your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not refund in cash, or to a different account.

How to ask for one

Raise it on the call, or write to us with your name, the mobile number you booked with, and your payment reference. We answer refund requests within 2 working days.
